5. USA Partnership

YottaWay partners with XeoDev, based in the USA, to provide seamless operations for North American clients. While we operate closely, YottaWay and XeoDev are distinct legal entities. Engagements may involve coordination between both teams to deliver optimal results.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which YottaWay operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any formal contracts signed will specify their own governing jurisdiction (e.g., Florida, USA, if executed through our partner XeoDev).
